Üle pika aja üks retsept siia, mis on oma aega oodanud juba pikemat aega. Vahepeal läks mul juba meelest aga siis nägin arvutis pilte ja tuli meelde, et neid pilte ei saa ju raisku lasta! Ja olgem ausad, ka retsept pole paha ning on vägagi tervislik :)
It's been a long time since I last posted a recipe in here and I have one that has been waiting for its time for a while. I even forgot about it for a bit but then I saw the pictures on my computer and I thought that I can't let them be a waste. And to be honest, this recipe is good and healthy!
Chia seemnete puding mandlipiima & maasikatega
Chia seed pudding with almond milk & strawberries
Vaja läheb / you will need:
- kaks klaasi mandlipiima / too cups of almond milk
- pakk värkseid maasikaid / pack of fresh strawberries (500g)
- 1/2 klaasi chia seemneid / 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- paar lusikat vanilje suhkrut / few spoons of vanilla sugar
Lisa mandlipiim, vaniljesuhkur ja pool maasikate kogusest blendrisse ning miskerda kuni kõik on mõnus ühtlane. Kalla eraldi kaussi, lisa chia seemned ning pane külmikusse 3-4 tunniks. Enne külmikust välja võttes, tükelda ülejäänud maasikad väikesteks tükkideks. Siis võta segu välja, otsi toredad anumad/potsikud/kausid ning vastavalt tahtele, pane segu ja maasikad sinna sisse. Nagu näha, tegin mina kihid, mis mu meelest on väga effektne.
Kellele mandlipiim väga ei maitse (nt nagu mina...) siis võib selle asemel kookospiima ka kasutada! :)
Add almond milk, vanilla sugar and half of the strawberries in a blender. Mix until smooth. Pour into a bowl, add chia seeds and put in a fridge for 3-4 hours. Before you take it out again, cut the rest of the strawberries into little pieces. Then find your cutest cups/bowls/cans, take out the "puree" and put them in there with strawberries, as you like. As you can see, I made layers, which I think looks so cute and has a nice effect.
Who is not a big fan of almond milk (like me) you can use coconut milk instead!
